How do you bypass compulsory email confirmation links?
Q. I tried to sign up to something but received a message saying "a confirmation email has been sent to [email address]. Please check your email and click the link to confirm your email address." How do I disassociate a free personal email account from a small business email account?
Q. My wife has a small business email account from her company that was associated with her free personal email account. So both accounts share the same password. She wants to disassociate them so each could have its own password. How could this be done? I look around on the email options and could not find a place that shows the other account. However, at the top of the email front page, she could see both accounts and could switch over back and force. Any help would be appreciated.

A. You should NEVER use the same password for more than one account - ever. If the accounts are associated, then the only way to separate them, is to open a new account with no mention of the other account at all. Then, you can delete the old one, or just ignore it and allow Yahoo to close it due to inactivity. Unless, of course the company opened these accounts that way, then you should not touch them at all. If that is the case, you can still open your very own personal Yahoo account totally separate from the business accounts. Or, leave it as it is, and CHANGE the password. A. You can remove the previous addresses It's really easy. You have to click on "forward" first---then highlight those previous address (and anything else you don't want)---and then press the delete key on your *keyboard*, and they are erased. Sometimes it's better to only do small bunches at a time. For smaller areas,(or stubborn areas) you can just backspace them out---and you don't even have to highlight for that. When you do send it, I'm sure you're hidding your recipients in the BCC line---???---aren't you ???

A. first log in to the comcast smartzone. you automatically begin in the "home" zone. click the "email" tab to go to that zone. then click on the "preferences" tab to take you to that zone. the first section below the tab has four links. click on then navigate to the "auto forward" link (the last of four). if you can't do it from there, then g-d help you.

Hi, Follow this: 1. create a new e-mail on Gmail, 2. go to setting in Gmail on top right corner, 3. go to Forwarding and POP/IMAP and Enable IMAP, and Save Changes on the bottom of page. 4. setup your Gmail account on Apple Mail. 5. setup your Mobile Me account on Apple Mail. 6. select all of the e-mails (inbox, sent..) in your Mobile Me account l, drag and drop them into your Gmail inbox, in Apple Mail. A. Well, I doubt Facebook will share their log files with you and show you what the IP is that is coming to her page. If she is still the owner of the original e-mail that was used to create the account or the e-mail prior to the new one, perhaps Facebook will change her e-mail for her or cancel her account altogether. I also doubt there is any way for the public to see the persons IP when they post on someone else's wall. If you can get their IP address from the hotmail, there's a chance you can contact her ISP and give them the IP and the time the e-mail was sent so they'll know who had the IP at the time. They probably won't give you any information since you're not the cops, but they may take it upon themselves to send a "notice" [cont.]

A. Assuming they have access to an SMTP server when they're running the program, you can use CDO to send an email. (The FROM: address has to be theirs - I doubt that there are any providers that still forward email. You could also include an SMTP server, so you send the email directly, but many providers block port 25, so you have to send through their server.

Then click on Account settings [at the top right] Then in the tabs along the top part of your settings, click on Account and the first thing that it has available for you to edit is your e-mail address. Change your address there. That's the E-mail address you'll use to log in with and in the first tab, Contact Info, you can change that E-mail address so others can find you. I hope I helped!

A. The address that you blocked would also have to block your address. Remove them from your address book, contact then no one will be able to send to it. Unless you manually type in their address.
