Q. Hi. Hey i have a question! For this christmas I want to send a flash animation to my friends, so i want to send'em an e-mail with the .swf file so when they open it, it automaticly plays by itself, and no to be atached. Yeah? I do know HTML code, and i've tried to put the absolute link of the animation in <EMBED> label, but i don't know what i am doing wrong. is there any diferent way to do it? how am i doing it wrong? do you know the correct html code? You MUST make a separate HTML file with the media code on it and save it in the Signature folder of your email program. Then just email the page. Viewing your HTML file online in your own browser where flash is playing should give you an option to email the page from the File Menu. If you use Firefox, there is an add-on that allows you to email the entire web page just as you see it with all links working, etc.. Easier: If you use Outlook Express or Windows Mail, click on "Create Mail". In "New Message" window, click on "View" menu and select "Source Edit".
