Go Pets gold shells?
Q. In Go Pets, how do I get gold shells? I mean, for free. I know you can pay real money for them, but i'm not going to do that.

A. Apart from buying them yourself, you can either sell items you have to other users for gold shells or hope your daily fortune cookie gives you free gold shells. Getting gold shells in a fortune cookie is uncommon but it does happen. I can't remember but there are also arcade games that you can play (i.e. skeeball) and those might yield gold shells. Go Pets has a pretty detailed discussion board and a lot of helpful users that will sometimes donate shells or trade items. They also probably know more ways to get gold shells. They have contests between users and sell items and services for gold shells. Good luck!

Anyone ever play Go Pets?
Q. OK, well my cousin recently sent me this e-mail. She told me about this website thing she had joined called Go Pets. She said it was really fun, and she knows I like animals, so she thought I would like it. So I joined up and got a pet, but I'm totally lost! I've never played an online game before, and parts of the website are in Korean or Japanese or something. I don't get how your supposed to make money or what you should do with your pet (all I can do is pet it). And I'm lost in the chat rooms, and going up a level. These items are great to buy if you want to make green shells, the simplest of currencies: Tuna Maki Apple Juice Water Pet Food Tamago Tuna Maki and Apple Juice cost more than the others, but when eaten it gives back what you paid and some extra green shells. If you can't afford many, start with Water and Pet Food and some Tamago. Once you have a good amount of green shells, you can start buying Green Fortune Cookies. These are a bit of a gamble, because when eaten you can either gain a lot of green shells, gain a bit more than you paid for the cookie, or gain very little green shells.
