A monster is any fictional creature, usually found in legends or horror fiction, that is somewhat hideous and may produce physical harm or mental fear by either its appearance or its actions. The word "monster" derives from Latin monstrum, an aberrant occurrence, usually biological, that was taken as a sign that something was wrong within the natural order. The word connotes something wrong or evil; a monster is generally morally objectionable, physically or psychologically hideous, and/or a freak of nature. That is part of the strategy aspect of the game. If the towers stayed unlocked, the game would be way too easy. Making them all re-lock at the beginning of every stage makes the gamer build a strategy of how they will use their gems. Should they upgrade towers? (No)... or should they unlock towers? (Yes!) And which towers will they unlock? Or in which order? It's all part of the strategy. Hope that helps. (Note: I even checked to see if there is a cheat for keeping them unlocked, but there isn't. Q. My 6 and a half year old goes to sleep while it is still light outside without a problem. Then, a few hours later, she wakes up terrified of monsters lurking in her room. I have tried the usual - lights, monster checks, monster spray, comforting, rewards if she stays in her bed and faces the fear, music and nothing works. She ends up sleeping in my room out of desperation for sleep. She will not sleep alone once she has woken up and I have tried everything so far. Any other ideas? We just moved into a new house and he's been afraid for the past month. I would start by closing her blinds/curtians all the way to make the room as dark as possible before she goes to sleep. Put her to sleep and that night sleep in her room. Me and my pregnant belly slept on an air matress :). When he woke up that night, he saw that I was in the room and went back to sleep. The following night I left the air matress in his room and put a bunch of pillows under the blanket to make it look like a person and I slept in my own room. After a couple of nights of thinking I was there, he stopped waking up.
