A. yes it does. But rather than go through all the hassle of trying to figure out when it's going to stop...use this: it will tell you how long before it stops and ALSO what prize you will win. So it's good because it can tell you if it's even worth the trouble of waiting.

How do you find painted Neopets stuck in the pound?
Q. I'm just curious how people find so many painted Neopets that are stuck in the pound. How do you search for them? I've been on Neo 8 years, so I know how to use the pound. I'm not talking about personal adoption agencies. I'm talking about pets that someone pounds and it gets stuck. People seem to have lists of painted pets that are stuck and only give them to you if you guess right. It's kinda dumb. I'm curious as to how they find these stuck pets.

A. You can google neopet pounds on google. That's where I found my painted Cybunny. People who create their own pound adopt pets from the pound and lab zap them a few times before putting them back up for adoption in their own pound or the Neopia Pound.

A. There are actually pet site building websites out there. I use v-Petsite - it really helps you get started. It's quite simple - the only thing you may need to know a bit about is CSS and HTML, but I always use guides so it's no big deal. Also, it's currently being upgraded, so there should be a lot of new stuff soon. There are also other websites like this, but most you have to pay to use, such as e Petsite (which I haven't used in a while, so I'm not sure how much they've changed). But in my opinion, v-Petsite is a lot better.

How do you enter on Neopets userlookups and guild layouts?

A. As for a large font, it should be- Your text here. If you want color then it would be Your text here. Then, for changing the lookup, at the bottom of everything, it should give you the option to either "Undo changes" or "Change your details". You want to click "Change your details" to finalize everything. If the button isn't there, then something is wrong. It should be the same basic thing for guilds, there should be a button at the end of editing everything that allows you to save the information.

A. Leveling your pet or fighting at the battledome does not raise your max HP. You will have to take your pet to the Training School at Mystery Island or the Academy at Krawk Island. When you select your course, pick endurance. At the Training School, you will have to pay with codestones, and at the Academy, you pay with dubloons. There are some quests and food that can raise max HP. You can also use the Lab Ray if you get all 9 secret laboratory pieces.

A. Basically it's just keeping your shop stocked with all the items you get from playing your dailies, and other games. Using the Shop Wizard to properly appraise and price your shop items really can make you a ton of money quickly. I heard the neo-stocks are great as well, but there is a certain way to play them that I am not yet aware of. A. If she is listed as your neofriend, she should have no problems sending you an item. To make sure, go to My Account> Preferences> Site preferences> and make sure that you do not have the box checked next to "block items..." If that box is not checked, did you accept the item? You have to actually accept the item after it's sent. Click your on-hand neopoints in the upper right hand corner of any page to go to your inventory, from there, click on the item event log. If your friend sent the item, you should see it there and then you can click accept. Then the item will appear in your inventory. Good luck!

On neopets is refreshing a lot at the money tree against the rules?

A. If you create a shop, it will be in the marketplace automatically. Just hard to find. If you don't have a shop, here is how to make one (if you already have a shop, just ignore this part) : Go up to shops in the top link bar and click on the link that says Your Shop. Then, do as the site instructs. Malls are groups of shops that have banded together as a "mall". It is not an offical thing. Malls are just groups of people who work together to promote their shops and the shops of the others in their "mall". Q. I have a Second Rare Holiday Plushie for The Neopets Team - December 2004. It is a Christmas-themed Kougra, and #195 of 250 made, or so the Neopets Certificate of Authenticity states. Q. Why is it the people on Neopets(particulary the well known and rich players) are so arrogant? They go on the boards lapping up the attention and ignoring all the new people who they don't think are good enough to talk to them. Don't they realise that they are not actually famous or rich? Why don't they just speak to and be nice to everyone,instead of just showing off and thinking they are better than people? I love Neopets,but I never go on the boards because the people are so mean.

A. As far as I can tell, it's an infinite number of times. They freeze based on (I think) the seriousness of the offense rather than the number of times. The only thing is usually the suspensions get longer and longer, or in my experience they did. Or they occasionally freeze if you continually break the same rule (such as swearing). I think you're fine, just be careful what you say on the boards. Those are what cause the most trouble.
