We are trying to lease a Mercedes and have talked to approximately six different dealerships within our state?
Q. We are considering leasing a Mercedes and have talked to approximately six different Mercedes dealerships within our state. They are all offering a different payment amount on vehicles with the exact same MSRP, why is that??? Does anyone know how a dealership calculates a lease payment? What is the formula? Also, anyone familiar with balloon loan option for an auto loan? Thanks!

A. If you think you need to have a new or used car to support your life activity, auto loan is the kind of loan which will guarantee a loan regardless of your credit ratingany banks and car dealers around your area, but for a guaranteed approval auto loan usually available via websites.

How to ask for reference whom you haven't talked to in a long time?
Q. I have a potential good reference (best I can get) and the problem is that I have not talked to her in a very long time about a year. I am planning on e-mailing her but I am not sure what to say in the letter, for I am kind of worried that it will sound demanding or pushy. What should I write to her? Like "I hope you are doing fine", "How have you been?"...? Also this was one of my old instructors who I did a lot of volunteer work.

A. Simply re-connect - say hello, ask how she is, tell her what your goal is in applying for this new job and simply come out and ask for reference. If you had a good relationship with her and you're confident she'll say good things about you, there is no need to worry about being demanding or sounding pushy. References are very, very common in the world of business and people give them for people who deserve good references. It's just standard practice. Another point is that one year is NOTHING in terms of time that has passed - I have references from years ago and they still give me good references when asked. And finally, no, do not propose you get together and hang out - she might feel like you are "using" her just to get a… [cont.]

When I talked about bad Asian girls dissing Asian guys why all the good Asian girls ganged up on me?
Q. I have no quarrel with you good Asian girls. You like Asian guys that is cool with me. When I talked about bad Asian girls selling out Asian guys I was talking specifically about Asian girls who are brainwashed by the media to hate Asian men. All asian men should avoid 'em bad Asian girls. They should start chasing 'em White girls and Latina girls.

Who talked about the existential crisis of humanity?
Q. In a class I attended I am pretty sure I remember someone mentioning that there was a writer who talked about how humanity will go through an age of existential crisis as a species, during which we will 'see the light' about religion and cast it off. They said that this would, understandably, be a dark time, but if we could make it through, we'll really be able to make forward progress. I think it might be Nietzsche, but then again it could be Alduous Huxley. Does anyone know?

A. Sounds like a seminal existentialist idea. I'd look at Nietzsche or Sartre, maybe Kierkegaard. I look forward to seeing what you find out.

How do you move past things that are never talked through?
Q. My husband has done things during our marriage that most woman would file for divorce over. I know that i could move past them but any time i mention them he gets mad because "It's in the past". How in the heck can you move past something that you never resolved or talked through?
Asked by Jaime L - Wed Sep 3 21:35:07 2008 - - 10 Answers - 0 Comments
A. The reason he gets mad is because if he gets mad he knows you will shrivel and stop asking, so next time he gets mad at you try getting twice as mad and see what he does, I promise that he will be the one to shrivel down, what ever you do, do not let him win for any reason at all...Well that is if he is not violent, but if he is then you should leave him yesterday.

How do you talk to someone you haven't talked to in months?
Q. You haven't talked to in months? I was talking to this guy, who is a junior, for about a month, but we stopped talking for quite a while. We see each other in the hall, but we just stare at each other and don't say anything. How do I make things less awkward so I can talk to him. By the way, I'm only a freshman, so we don't have classes together.

I know it seems like a big deal or impossible just to go up and tlka to him but inthe end it will be worth it, promise. If you think tomuch about things nothing will ever happen, but if you just do what you gut tells you to and go a little bit more with the flow you will 99.9% do the right thing for yourself.

A. The best way to break your addiction to carbs is for 3 days eat nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter a lil cheese and half an avocado a day (you'll need added potassium). When your addiction is gone, it will be easier to make healthy choices. After that add small salads to every meal for 2 weeks. After that add in green vegetables. You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don't eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you'll need added potassium). Keep your fat percentage high. Adding in green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace. If you starve yourself,… [cont.]

Q. So I met this kid on a cruise and we traded screen names and numbers and we've been texting and talking everyday for a month. Today we are probably going to hang out and he wants me to call him to tell him what time. Q. how do you know if a girl thinks your cute/hot if you never really talked to her but you see each other a lot?
Asked by Mark - Tue Nov 24 16:14:08 2009 - - 7 Answers - 0 Comments
A. She looks at you every time you walk by. She pays more attention to you than any other guy. She smiles when she sees you, and maybe blushes easily around you. A big indicator is how close a girl gets to you, if she gets within your "personal space bubble" then she likes you. Even if for a few seconds, even if it seems accidental. She won't back away if you get close to her. A great way to test if she likes you... If you catch her off guard and go by her when she least expects it, you'll startle her easily and she'll be surprised to see you, maybe the blood will drain from her face for a second.
